Office closure dates
London
The London office is open from 09:00 to 16:00 (9am to 4pm) Monday to Friday, except for public holidays and a few other days each year. The weekdays on which the office will be closed over the next few months are:
- Monday 25 August
If a deadline falls on a day on which the office is closed, the deadline is automatically extended to the next working day. For more information refer to the Practice Direction paragraph 1.8.3.
Edinburgh
The Edinburgh office is open from 09:00 to 14:00 (9am to 2pm) Monday to Friday except for public holidays and for a few other days each year. When the EAT office is closed, documents may be delivered to the Employment Tribunal (ET) office next door, if it is open. The weekdays on which the EAT office will be closed over the next few months are:
- Friday 01 August
- Monday 25 August
- Tuesday 26 August
- Friday 5 September
- Friday 12 September (PM)
- Monday 15 September
If a deadline falls on a day on which the Edinburgh EAT and ET offices are both closed, the deadline is automatically extended to the next working day.
